- General Instructions
- Students must complete both the Exit Feedback Survey and the Student Security Refund Application.
- Upon successful completion, the "Start Survey" button will change to a green "Survey Completed" button, and the "Security Refund" button will change to a green "Refund Application Completed" button.
- Access to the Dues Clearance Portal will be granted only after successful submission of both requirements.
- All the users can log in to this portal using the CC User ID and Password
- The CC username should be entered in lowercase and it should not be appended with '@iitk.ac.in'
